This Integrated Horticulture Sector Management System (IHSMS) helps the government work as per the citizen charter under the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Guarantee Act.

STEP 1 - Visit the official website at eudyan.hp.gov.in.
STEP 2 - At the homepage, click on the "Login / Sign Up" link present in the main menu to open the Horticulture Farmer Login page.
STEP 3 - New users can click on the "Sign Up" link to open the Horticulture Farmer Registration Form as shown below.
STEP 4 - Applicants can enter personal details including Aadhaar number, date of birth, mobile number, upload photo, address details and login details.
STEP 5 - Finally, click on the "Submit" button to complete the Horticulture Farmer Registration process at the eUdyan HP portal.

About Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Development Project (HPHDP)
Himachal Pradesh shows a strong advantage and potential for producing and supplying high value horticulture commodities. The state's agriculture is dominated by high value horticulture commodities, which account for about 44% of the cropped area and contribute about 48% of agricultural gross state domestic product (GSDP). Horticulture in HP has been responsible for many of the positive outcomes in employment, wages and poverty reduction.
The development of horticulture in HP is planned with the support of the World Bank funded Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Development Project. HPHDP aims to support small farmers and agro-entrepreneurs in Himachal Pradesh to increase the productivity, quality and market access of selected horticulture commodities. eUdyan Portal and Mobile App Launch
Former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur launched the eUdyan Portal (eudyan.hp.gov.in) and its mobile application under the World Bank funded Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Development Project. At the launch, he said that a management information system has been prepared through this portal for various services of the horticulture department. Information about all horticulture related schemes will be easily available to farmers and other people involved through the portal.
Under the horticulture development project, this system gives eligible people the facility to apply online for services like fruit nursery registration, demand for plants, demand for horticulture tools, purchase of pesticides, demand for mushroom compost, demand for beehives and subsidy in the horticulture sector.
Portal Works as Single Window for Department Services
The portal also provides online processing facility for the officials of the horticulture department, which helps in providing services to farmers on time. This service also helps to work under the citizen charter under the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Guarantee Act. This portal works as a single window for all the services of the department, so that farmers can get the benefit of all services while sitting at home.
Officials Asked to Update Required Information on Portal
Farmers were asked to make the most of this portal. Officials and staff of the horticulture department were asked to provide the required information to farmers through this portal at once, so that the movement of people in the department offices could be reduced. The portal also helps in keeping social distance under the guidelines issued during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Request to Set Up Alternative Market
Former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur had requested the Prime Minister to set up an alternative market for the state's farmers to sell their produce, so that farmers do not face any problem in selling their produce. The then Horticulture Minister Mahendra Singh Thakur briefed the Chief Minister about the features of the Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Development Project.
