DJB Water Bill Due Amount, Download & Pay Online: Delhi Jal Board water bill waiver scheme has started and the consumers can now check the updated bill amount due and pay it online on the official DJB Portal.
Delhi Government has announced a major relief for residents by waiving 100% of late payment surcharges on domestic water bills until January 31, 2026. This Diwali initiative targets over ₹11,000 crore in surcharges, aiming to help consumers clear dues and avoid disconnection. From February 1 to March 31, 2026, a 70% waiver will apply. The scheme requires full payment of the principal amount, either in lump sum or installments for the waiver to be activated. Delhi Jal Board (DJB) has also revamped its billing system and regional offices to streamline operations and improve consumer access.
A total of ₹87,589 crore are pending in water bills, out of which ₹80,463 crore, over 91% is due to late payment surcharges.
How to Check DJB Water Bill Due Amount after Waiver?
All the consumers in Delhi can now check the new update amount of pending bills at the official DJB website using the below process.
Go to the official website of DJB LPSC Rebate Scheme 2025 page or directly click this link.
Enter Your consumer number, captcha code and click Check Rebate Details button.
New bill details will be displayed as below which will show the name of consumer, address, payable amount, total amount due and LPSC REBATE Amount, as shown in the below image.
Now, if you want the 100% rebate on your surcharge amount, then you should pay the due amount by 31st January 2026.
Download DJB Water Bill
You can download the DJB bill from the official portal using the consumer number and registered mobile number.
Go to the View / Print Bill page of DJB website.
Enter Your Consumer Number, registered mobile number will be automatically displayed to you, verify using the OTP and then you will see your bill and Print Button.
Click on Print Button and select Save as PDF to download the DJB bill in PDF format.

You can also pay Delhi Jal Board Bill Online at this link by selecting any of the payment methods of Credit & Debit Cards/ Netbanking /Wallets / UPI or NEFT/RTGS.
Payment through credit cards may incur extra transaction charges.
Enter your consumer number and captcha code and click on Get Details. You will see your bill details and the payment button.
Click on Make Payment & complete the transaction.
