Andhra Pradesh government has announced the launch of Adarana 3.0 Scheme, a welfare scheme for toddy tappers, artisans, and workers from BC, SC, ST, Minority, and BPL families. Under this scheme, toddy tappers will be provided free moped two-wheelers and advanced palm-tree climbing equipment, to make their work safer and faster.
Adarana 3.0 scheme was introduced during the 116th birth anniversary celebration of freedom fighter Sardar Gouthu Latchanna. Adarana 3.0 scheme is part of the state government’s larger plan to provide self-employment tools with subsidy support, helping lakhs of workers across different professions.
Features of Adarana 3.0 Scheme
Under Adarana 3.0 Scheme, different categories of workers including toddy tappers will get financial help to purchase modern tools and vehicles. Here’s are some of the most important features features of this scheme.
- Toddy tappers will get modern climbing equipment with 90% subsidy, paying only 10% from their side.
- Two-wheelers (mopeds) will be given to eligible toddy tappers to make travel and work easier.
- Loans will be provided in three slabs for buying vehicles and equipment.
- The scheme aims to cover BC, SC, ST, Minority and BPL families, offering subsidies up to 70% for different tools.
- Annual family income should be up to ₹1.5 lakh in rural areas and up to ₹2 lakh in urban areas.

STEP 2: Scroll down on the homepage and find Adarana 3.0 Scheme and check its details and click “Fir Registration” button.
STEP 3: Fill the registration form by entering your district, Aadhaar number, mobile no., name, gender, date of birth and religion.
STEP 4: Click on Generate OTP button and verify with OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
STEP 5: Click on the “Adarana 3.0 Scheme” and open the application form, fill in all required details and select your profession/unit.
STEP 6: Upload all the required documents and submit the application and download the acknowledgment slip.
