Haryana unemployment allowance: apply from 1 to 30 November 2026

Haryana's General Unemployment Allowance Scheme will take applications for 2026-27 from 1 November to 30 November 2026, Hisar district employment officer Pankaj said on 29 October. Forms are filled online at hrex.gov.in, and late forms will not be accepted.

Youth who passed 12th or hold a two-year certificate or diploma get ₹1,200 a month. Graduates, postgraduates and three-year diploma holders get ₹2,000 a month.

Applicants must be permanent residents aged 21 to 35, registered at a state employment office for at least three years as of 1 November 2026. Family income must stay within ₹3 lakh a year. Families owning property worth over ₹10 lakh or more than 2 hectares of farm land cannot apply. Students, trainees, employed or self-employed people and Saksham Yuva Yojana members are also left out.
