HSVP extends Vivadon Se Samadhan Yojana 2026 deadline to December 31

Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) has extended the deadline for the Vivadon Se Samadhan Yojana 2026 from September 30 to December 31, 2026. This one-time settlement scheme allows eligible plot owners in Panchkula to clear pending enhancement charges.

HSVP identified 147 plots in Panchkula under the scheme. So far, five allottees have availed the benefit, and 12 plots were removed from the list. Around 130 plot owners remain eligible for settlement.

Eligibility and Benefits

The scheme covers residential plots, group housing societies, institutional sites, and industrial plots. It offers a 40% concession on enhancement charges. Eligible allottees who missed earlier settlement schemes can also apply.

Application Process

HSVP has digitised the settlement process. Eligible allottees can log in to the official scheme portal using their plot ID and password to check the rebate and submit applications. Owners can also approach their nearest HSVP estate office for assistance.

HSVP warns that failure to settle dues by December 31 may lead to legal action, including plot resumption.
