Lado Lakshmi Yojana: income limit ₹1.80 lakh, ₹3 lakh for special categories

Haryana Cabinet on 10 October 2026 raised the yearly family income limit for Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana from ₹1 lakh to ₹1.80 lakh. For mothers in three special categories, the limit goes up from ₹1.80 lakh to ₹3 lakh. All changes start on 1 November 2026.

Those special categories cover mothers whose child scores 80% or more in the Class 10 or 12 board exam, whose child reaches grade-level learning under NIPUN Bharat Mission in Classes 1 to 4, or whose child recovers from severe or moderate acute malnutrition.

Women can no longer choose a smaller monthly payout. Everyone gets the fixed ₹2,100. New beneficiaries get the first payment in full in their savings account, and after that ₹1,100 goes to the account and ₹1,000 into a government RD or FD.

Face verification on the Lado Lakshmi app is now needed once every three months, not every month. More than 10 lakh women get money under the scheme. See the Lado Lakshmi Yojana eligibility rules for the full list.
