MP tendu patta bonus: ₹22.89 crore sent to collectors in six districts

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav sent ₹22.89 crore in tendu patta bonus to tendu leaf collectors on 25 October 2026, at an event at Banganga Mela Ground in Shahdol. The money went straight to their bank accounts with a single click.

Figures shared from the Chief Minister's official X account before the event put the number of collectors at 9,77,696, with the bonus paid for the 2024 collection season. Collectors from Shahdol, Anuppur, Umaria, Rewa, Sidhi and Satna districts are covered.

This is a separate round. On 4 October, the state paid ₹36.17 crore in tendu leaf bonus to 9,04,126 collectors from eight forest divisions, also for the 2024 season.
