Punjab Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojana beneficiaries can now download health cards online

Eligible people under Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojana in Punjab can download health cards online after finishing e-KYC and photo verification. State Health Agency launched this online service so families can access and print cards from home. You do not need to visit service centres.

How to download the health card

• Find family records using Family ID, Health Card Number, mobile number, or Aadhaar number.
• Finish authentication with an OTP sent to your registered mobile or Aadhaar-linked phone.
• See and download your verified health card as a PDF.

Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojana gives cashless treatment coverage up to ₹10 lakh per family each year. Use only the official State Health Agency Punjab website for these services. Keep your OTP safe.
