DDA starts registration for 446 MIG flats; bookings open Nov 16

DDA has started registration for 446 middle-income group (MIG) flats under Khushhaal Pariwaar Yojana 2026 in Narela, Jahangirpuri and Loknayakpuram. Bookings open on Nov 16, with flats allotted on a first come, first served basis through the DDA Awaas portal. This Delhi DDA housing scheme registration is online.

The scheme has 296 flats in Narela, 17 in Jahangirpuri and 133 in Loknayakpuram. Narela flats in pockets 1B and 1C of Sector A1-A4 have a 25% discount. After the discount, a 114.7 sqm flat costs Rs 67.4 lakh in Pocket 1B and Rs 67 lakh in Pocket 1C, excluding maintenance charges and GST. Jahangirpuri flat prices range from Rs 43.4 lakh to Rs 1.1 crore; Loknayakpuram Pocket E prices range from Rs 1.1 crore to Rs 1.2 crore.

Registration costs a one-time, non-refundable Rs 2,500, while the booking amount is Rs 4 lakh. People already registered on the DDA Awaas portal do not need to register again. Buyers can inspect flats with help from DDA site engineers.
