The Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) has started the MSME Idea Hackathon 4.0 Registration 2024. If you have new ideas and want to contribute to India’s growth, this is your chance! Anyone, whether an individual or an MSME, can register and share their innovative ideas. The best part? You don’t need any special qualification. If your idea gets selected, you will get a chance to become an incubatee, and there’s even financial support available.

What is MSME Idea Hackathon 4.0?
The MSME Idea Hackathon 4.0 is a great opportunity for youngsters aged 15 to 35 years to share their innovative ideas and contribute to Viksit Bharat, the vision of a developed India. This scheme is launched under PM Narendra Modi’s MSME Scheme. You can easily register for the hackathon through the official website my.msme.gov.in. Once registered, you will get a chance to work on your idea, and if it’s selected, you’ll receive funding of Rs. 15 lakh.

Eligibility for MSME Idea Hackathon
- Anyone from India can apply.
- You must be between 15 to 35 years old.
- Must have Udyam Registration or be part of a micro, small, or medium enterprise.
- Required documents: Aadhar Card, Domicile Certificate, Income Certificate, etc.
Steps to Register for MSME Idea Hackathon 4.0
- Go to https://my.msme.gov.in.
- Click on the Hackathon 4.0 Registration option.
- Fill in the necessary details like name, age, and contact info.
- Upload required documents.
- Click Submit. You are now successfully registered!
How to Log in to MSME Hackathon 4.0
- Visit the official site: https://my.msme.gov.in.
- Click on the Login option.
- Enter your User ID, Password, and Verification Code.
- Click on Login Me.
MSME Hackathon 4.0 Financial Amount
- Foreign Patent: Rs. 5 lakh
- Domestic Patent: Rs. 1 lakh
- GI Registration: Rs. 2 lakh
- Design Registration: Rs. 0.15 lakh
- Trademark: Rs. 0.10 lakh
Also, applicants whose ideas are chosen by companies can receive Rs. 15 lakh for further development.
How to Submit Your Idea for MSME Hackathon
- Institutions and industries will first review your idea.
- Selected ideas will be uploaded to the Incubation Portal.
- After screening, ideas with proper info are sent to the Domain Expert Selection Committee (DESC) for approval.
- If approved, your idea will be taken forward for development.
