Haryana e-Kshatipurti Portal Closing Soon, Register Your Crop Damage Before Last Date

Haryana e-Kshatipurti Portal registrations for crop damage are closing soon after the government extended the deadline till September 10, 2025. Flood-affected farmers can register their crop damage claims caused by floods, waterlogging, and heavy rains during Kharif 2025. So far, 38,286 farmers have submitted claims covering a total area of 2,42,945.15 acres in Haryana.

e-Kshatipurti Portal Registration Last Date

The government might not extend the last date of registration on e-Kshatipurti portal again, so farmers are advised to register their crop damage claims on or before 10th September 2025.

Anyone who is affected by floods in haryana can register on the portal for damage claim using their Parivar Pehchan Patra or Aadhar Number and filling in all the required details.

Districts Covered Under the e-Kshatipurti Portal

Initially, the portal was launched for 188 villages in 7 districts. Later, it was expanded to cover 1,402 villages across 12 districts. The current coverage is as follows:

  • Rohtak – 41 villages
  • Hisar – 86 villages
  • Charkhi Dadri – 34 villages
  • Palwal – 59 villages
  • Sirsa – 6 villages
  • Bhiwani – 43 villages
  • Rewari – 7 villages
  • Kurukshetra – 75 villages
  • Yamunanagar – 600 villages (all covered)
  • Nuh – 166 villages
  • Fatehabad – 21 villages
  • Jhajjar – 264 villages (all covered)

Compensation as per SDRF Norms

Compensation to farmers and everyone else affected by floods will be provided under the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) guidelines. Here are the key relief amounts:

What Farmers Need to Do

  • Farmers should register their crop loss claims on the e-Kshatipurti Portal.
  • Claims will be verified by revenue officials through Special Girdawari (field survey).
  • After verification, compensation will be directly credited to the eligible farmers.
