CIDCO Lottery 2024
The City and Industrial Development Corporation introduced a new housing scheme in Navi Mumbai on the auspicious day of Krishna Janmashtami 2024. The scheme offers a total of 902 units across different housing complexes. More than 900 families will be able to fulfill their dream of becoming homeowners due to this program. The scheme would encompass 689 apartments in CIDCO’s Valleyshilp, Swapnpurti, and Vastuvihar-Celebration housing complexes in Kharghar in addition to 213 homes in the well-developed neighborhoods of Ghansoli, Kalamboli, and Kharghar in Navi Mumbai.
The plan’s online registration period opens on August 27, 2024, and a computerized drawing is scheduled for October 10, 2024. Interested candidates can register and get additional details at https://lottery.cidcoindia.com. With all the necessary facilities right at their door, the plan allows residents of Navi Mumbai to live well-rounded lives.

Scheme Objective
The major objective of the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra behind CIDCO is to provide houses to the economically weaker section and lower-income groups of people in the state. The government wants to provide houses to everyone in the state by 2024.
CIDCO Lottery Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must earn a monthly income of Rs. 25000/- per month to apply for Economically Weaker Section category flats
- Applicants must earn a monthly income between Rs. 25000/- to Rs. 50000/- per month to apply for Low Income Group category flats.
