Ladki Bahin Yojana September installment of ₹1,500 starts reaching accounts

Maharashtra government started crediting the September 2026 installment of Ladki Bahin Yojana on 31 October 2026, just before Diwali. Each eligible woman under Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana gets ₹1,500 through DBT in her Aadhaar-linked bank account.

Payment is going out in phases, so the money will not land in every account on the same day. Only ₹1,500 is being paid now, not ₹3,000. Earlier reports had said September and October would come together, but the October amount is still pending and has no date yet.

Women who have not finished eKYC will not get the amount. Payment status can be checked on the PFMS portal with the bank account number, as explained on the Ladki Bahin next installment date page.
