Chhattisgarh M-Urja power bill relief for up to 400 units extended to 31 March 2027
Chhattisgarh Cabinet decided on 27 October 2026 to extend electricity bill relief under M-Urja for domestic consumers using up to 400 units till 31 March 2027. About 7.25 lakh consumers fall in this group.
Homes using up to 200 units keep getting the concession too. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai chaired the meeting, which also fixed paddy procurement from 15 November. Reports on the decision do not give the exact discount for the 400-unit group, so check the next bill from the power company for the relief amount.
