Chhattisgarh paddy procurement from 15 November at ₹3,100 per quintal
Chhattisgarh Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, decided on 27 October 2026 that paddy procurement for Kharif 2026-27 will start on 15 November 2026. Farmers get ₹3,100 per quintal, the same rate paid under Krishak Unnati Yojana, and the state will buy up to 21 quintals per acre.
More than 27.50 lakh farmers are covered this season. Cabinet also cleared 360 new procurement centres, which takes the total to 3,100. No closing date for procurement has been announced yet.
