Union Public Service Commission has launched One Time Registration (OTR) facility on 24*7 basis. The new UPSC One Time Registration online form 2024 is available at upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in. This UPSC OTR will facilitate the process of submission of applications by the aspirants of its Examinations. Below is the complete process to fillup UPSC One Time Registration Online Form for examinations of Union Public Service Commission:-
STEP 1: Firstly visit the official website of Union Public Service Commission at https://www.upsc.gov.in/
STEP 2: At the homepage, click at the “Apply Online” link or directly click https://www.upsc.gov.in/apply-online
STEP 3: Click at “One Time Registration (OTR) for Examinations of UPSC” link or click at https://upsconline.nic.in/upsc/OTRP/index.php to open the upsconline OTR registration page as shown below:-
STEP 4: Already registered candidates can make login using Email ID or Mobile number or OTR ID while new users can click on “New Registration” tab.
STEP 5: Any applicant can submit his/ her details through e-form or through the application form already submitted against any examination / recruitment conducted by UPSC: OTR through e-form, applicant’s email ID and mobile number, name, gender and community, father and mother name, date of birth. Then make login, perform verification and check dashboard.

About UPSC OTR Registration
UPSC OTR will be quite useful for the candidates as it will not only save them from filling in their basic personal details again for any subsequent examination being conducted by the UPSC, but also eliminate any possibility of submission of incorrect information by them as their basic personal details will be validated by the candidates themselves. Since about 70% information of an aspirant in the OTR will automatically be pre-populated in the online application form of an Examination, the time for filling/submitting an online application form will be reduced considerably.
The aspirants, who wish to apply for any future Examination(s) of the Commission, are required to register themselves in the OTR platform by filling up their basic personal information indicated therein. Once the registration of an aspirant is completed, the information will remain stored securely in the Commission’s servers. An aspirant’s information will get automatically populated in the online application form of an Examination for which she/he applies.
