Flats are coming up at Indira Gandhi Nagar, Sector 9, Jagatpura. Reports put phase 1 at 144 MIG-B flats with about 118.38 sq m built-up area each, at an estimated ₹74.68 lakh per flat. Only accredited full-time journalists working in Rajasthan, who earn their living from journalism, can apply. Allotment is by lottery.
