Delhi Lakshmi Yojana Registration Update
Delhi government launched Delhi Lakshmi Yojana to give ₹2,500 every month to eligible women. Almost 9.5 lakh women have signed up since it started on August 1, 2026.
Important details for applicants
Chief Minister Rekha Gupta confirmed that people can apply at any time, as there is no deadline. There is no cap on the number of people who can get the benefit. The scheme is ongoing. Women who applied by August 24 will get the full payment for August. The first 2,500 people have their approval letters. Money will start reaching bank accounts on September 1, 2026.
