Fellows and research scholars residing or serving abroad can get economy class airfare reimbursed once during the fellowship period.
Other Allowances
Candidates staying in a city other than the host institution location can claim House Rent Allowance of up to 30% of the honorarium. The scheme also supports professional growth by reimbursing up to ₹1.00 lakh per annum for conference presentations and academic interactions.
