Mukhyamantri Majadoor Suraksha Yojana

Category:   Tags: , , , ,

Madhya Pradesh government is still listing Mukhyamantri Majadoor Suraksha Yojana for registered rural and agricultural labourers, and the scheme rules available on official MP sources continue to show support like maternity help, scholarship support, insurance cover and funeral assistance.

As of 03 August 2026, no new official order was found changing the main MMMSY benefit amounts in the available government guideline links. Still, one practical change is clear. Earlier portal links mentioned in old guideline copies, like socialsecurity.mp.gov.in and sssm.nic.in, are not opening now, so workers should use the live Sambal labour registration page and the official Sambal contact page for current portal access and help.

Mukhyamantri Majadoor Suraksha Yojana 2026 Details

Mukhyamantri Majadoor Suraksha Yojana is meant for landless rural labourers in Madhya Pradesh who earn through agriculture, horticulture, forest produce collection, fishing and similar manual work. The official amendment PDF still shows the same basic eligibility structure and benefit list that has been used for this scheme.

Current research did not show any 2026 notice saying the scheme has been closed. At the same time, no fresh 2026 notification was found that raises the old MMMSY cash amounts. Because of that, applicants should treat the official guideline PDF and the MP CM Helpline scheme page as the rule reference, and use the live Sambal portal for working online access and labour-help pages in Madhya Pradesh.

Registration in the old scheme flow is still described through Gram Panchayat recommendation, approval by the Chief Executive Officer of Janpad Panchayat within 7 days, a registration fee of ₹10, and a 5 year validity period. Renewal is also described for another 5 years if the worker is still eligible.

Who can apply

Applicants should be regular residents of the Gram Panchayat for at least 5 years. Age should be between 18 and 59 years. The worker should be fit for manual labour and should earn a living through labour work in agriculture, horticulture, forest-related work, fishing or similar work.

Another important condition in the official rule is that the applicant and family members should not own agricultural land. A person already registered under another labour welfare board of the state, including the building and other construction workers welfare setup, should not be registered here under the same conditions.

Benefits available under the scheme

MMMSY covers several types of help for registered workers and their families. The benefits listed in the official guideline are still the same in the available government references checked during this update.

  • Maternity leave help includes wage-equivalent support for 45 days for the first two deliveries for a registered woman worker or wife of a registered worker, and 15 days wage-equivalent paternity support for the father.
  • Maternity expense help includes support under Janani Suraksha Yojana for institutional delivery and ₹500 for eligible home delivery cases of below poverty line women.
  • Medical help is linked with Deendayal Antyodaya Upchar Yojana, State Illness Assistance support and Mukhyamantri Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana for children with heart disease.

Education and family support are also part of the scheme. Children of registered workers can get scholarship support through related department rules. Two children studying in Classes 9 to 12 can also get scholarship support through LIC under the insurance-linked provision mentioned in the guideline. Disabled children with 40% or more disability can get disability scholarship support.

Marriage support is linked with the first marriage of a daughter aged 18 or above through Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana. Applicants who want to understand current unorganised worker welfare services in the state can also check the related Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan (Sambal 2.0) Yojana article.

Insurance help in the available MMMSY guideline continues to show ₹30,000 for normal death, ₹75,000 for accidental death, ₹75,000 for permanent disability and ₹37,500 for partial disability. Funeral assistance in the old MMMSY rule remains ₹2,000 through Gram Panchayat. This is different from some newer Sambal portal welfare amounts, so applicants should not mix the two without checking the exact scheme they are applying under.

Application process

Old MMMSY rules mention online display and application through Samagra-linked social security portals, but those old links are not opening in the current check. Because of this, the practical online route available now is the live Sambal registration portal, along with offline verification through local authorities as described in the original guideline.

STEP 1 - Go to the Gram Panchayat first and confirm that the worker fits the rural labour, age and landless conditions mentioned in the scheme rules. Local verification is still an important part of the original MMMSY process.

STEP 2 - Keep Samagra ID and family details ready, then open the Sambal worker application page. The current live page asks for Samagra ID, Family ID and captcha details.

STEP 3 - Submit worker and nominee details carefully. If local officers ask for offline papers or local verification, complete that through Gram Panchayat or the concerned labour office because the old guideline still places recommendation and approval at Panchayat and Janpad Panchayat level.

STEP 4 - After submission, keep the registration acknowledgement and follow up with the local office if approval, renewal or correction is pending. The old rules mention a 7 day approval window by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, and appeal to Tehsildar within 30 days in dispute cases.

Documents

Applicants should keep the basic papers ready before starting the process. Exact local demand can differ slightly, so confirm at the Panchayat or labour help office too.

  • Samagra ID and family details because the live Sambal registration page asks for these details.
  • Identity and age proof, along with residence details showing long-term stay in the Gram Panchayat area.
  • Proof related to labour work, bank account details, nominee details and any category or disability document if that benefit is being claimed.

Official contact details

For current portal help, the official Sambal contact page shows helpline number 0755-2700800, email uwwboard@mp.gov.in, and address 52-C, Ground Floor, Vallabh Bhavan 1, Mantralaya, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - 462004.

The official MMMSY amendment PDF also shows older contact details linked with the scheme document, including phone 0755-2556916, email dpswbpl@nic.in and mdcmsssm@gmail.com, and 1250 Tulsi Nagar, Bhopal. Since these details come from an older amendment PDF, the live Sambal contact page should be treated as the first contact point for online help.
