The state govt. may start RTE Gujarat 2025-26 admission under Gujarat Primary Education Act for admissions in primary classes in February 2025.

STEP 6: Complete all the steps, fill Form B, select schools on the next screen, upload required documents and then confirm and take the printout of your application form.

Eligibility Criteria for RTE Gujarat Admissions
The candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to apply online for RTE Gujarat Admission 2025-26 and to get 25% reservation quota in Admissions which is as follows:
a) SC / ST Candidates – The annual income of the parents of the candidates from all sources must not exceed Rs. 2 Lakh.
b) OBC Candidates – Annual income of the parents of the candidates must not exceed Rs. 1 lakh.
c) General Category – The total income of the parents must not exceed Rs. 68,000 in case of General candidates.

ઓનલાઈન પ્રવેશ ફાળવ્યા બાદ જરૂરી આધાર-પુરાવા સાથે જે તે શાળાનો શાળા સમયે સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે. જે તે શાળા તમારી પાસે જરૂરી આધાર-પુરાવા માંગશે. તમો જરૂરી અધાર-પુરાવા રજૂ કરતા હોય તો પણ શાળા પ્રવેશની ના પાડે તો તાત્કાલિક જે તે જિલ્લાના જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારી/ જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી / (મહાનગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારની શાળા માટે જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીને મળવું)ની કચેરી ખાતે રૂબરૂ જઈ વાંધા અરજી આપવાની રહેશે
Can the selection of schools be changed at the end of the first round of RTE admissions and before the second round
હા, RTE હેઠળ પ્રવેશનો પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડ જાહેર થયા બાદ પ્રવેશ ફાળવેલ જે તે શાળામાં જઈ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સમયમર્યાદામાં પ્રવેશ મેળવી લેવાનો રહેશે. તથા, જે તે શાળાએ જરૂરી તમામ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ જમા કરાવી વેબપોર્ટલ પર સમયમર્યાદામાં અપલોડ કરવાનાં રહેશે. સમયમર્યાદામાં પ્રવેશ ન મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીનો RTE પ્રવેશ રદ કરવામાં આવશે. ત્યારબાદ બીજા રાઉન્ડમાં પ્રવેશ ફાળવતા પહેલાં પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડનાં અંતે પ્રવેશથી વંચિત રહેલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને SMSથી જાણ કર્યા બાદ જણાવેલ સમયમર્યાદામાં વેબપોર્ટલ પર જઈ પોતાનો એપ્લિકેશન નંબર અને જન્મ તારીખ નાખી લોગ ઈન થઈ ખાલી જગ્યા વાળી ઉપલબ્ધ શાળાઓ પૈકી પોતાની પસંદગી મુજબની શાળાઓ પુનઃ પસંદ કરી શકશે. જો SMS ના મળે તોપણ પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડ બાદ વેબપોર્ટલ પર જઈ આપ પસંદગીની શાળામાં જણાવેલ સમયગાળા દરમિયાન ફેરફાર કરી શકશો. પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડમાં જે વિદ્યાર્થિઓને પ્રવેશ ફાળવેલ હોય અને જે તે શાળામાં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ હોય કે ના મેળવેલ હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડ બાદ અને બીજા રાઉન્ડ પહેલા પુનઃ શાળાની પસંદગી કરી શકશે નહી
Can minority schools with case pending in the honourable Supreme Court be selected for admission
જે શાળાઓ લઘુમતી હોવાનો દાવો કરતી હોય અને તેવી શાળાઓ પાસે પ્રાથમિક શાળા લઘુમતી હોવા અંગેનું સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું લઘુમતી દરજ્જાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર ન હોય અને નામદાર સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં દાખલ થયેલ પીટીશન SLP(C) NO. 21715/2018માં પક્ષકાર તરીકે જોડાયેલ હોય તેવી શાળાઓને પણ વેબપોર્ટલ ઉપર RTE પ્રવેશ માટે દર્શાવવામાં આવેલ છે. જે વાલી/વિદ્યાર્થી આવી શાળાઓ RTE પ્રવેશ માટે પસંદ કરશે અને પ્રવેશ ફાળવ્યા બાદ આવી શાળાઓ પ્રવેશ આપવાની ના પાડશે તો આવી શાળાઓ સામે સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટની સુચના મુજબ કડક કાર્યવાહી કરી શકાશે નહી. આથી, RTE હેઠળ આવી શાળાઓમાં પ્રવેશ નામદાર સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટના આખરી ચુકાદાને આધિન રહેશે. જેની સર્વે વિદ્યાર્થી/વાલી નોંધ લઈ આવી શાળાઓ પસંદ કરવાની રહેશે. એકવાર પ્રવેશ ફાળવ્યા બાદ જો નામદાર સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટનો ચુકાદો સરકારશ્રીનાં વિરુદ્ધમાં આવશે તો તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જે તે સમયે ઉપલબ્ધ ખાલી જગ્યાઓ, અંતરનો માપદંડ, માધ્યમ વગેરે જળવાતા હશે તો જ તેઓનો અન્ય જગ્યાએ સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવશે. અન્યથા પ્રવેશ રદ થશે. તે ધ્યાને રાખી આવી શાળાઓની પસંદગી કરવાની રહેશે

વધુમાં વધુ શાળા પસંદ કરવી હિતાવહ છે. વધુ શાળા પસંદ કરવાથી પ્રવેશ મળવાની શક્યતા વધે છે. દા.ત. આપ જો કુલ ૧ અથવા ૨ શાળા પસંદ કરશો અને તેની સીટો ભરાઇ જશે તો આપ પ્રવેશથી વંચિત રહેશો. આથી નજીકનાં વિસ્તારની વધુ શાળાઓ પસંદ કરવી તથા શાળાઓની પસંદગીમાં પસંદગીક્રમ આપની અનુકુળતા મુજબનો હોય તેનુ ધ્યાન રાખવું. કેટલાક વાલી શાળાઓની પસંદગીનો ક્રમ આપવાનો ભુલી જાય છે. જે યોગ્ય નથી. આથી, શાળાઓની પસંદગી યોગ્ય ક્રમમાં કરવી આવશ્યક છે. ભળતા નામવાળી બીજી શાળા પસંદ ન થઈ જાય તે માટે શાળાનું સરનામું ચકાસીને જ શાળા પસંદ કરવી

શાળા પસંદ કરવા માટે કોઇ મહત્તમ સીમા નથી. આપના રહેઠાણથી ૬ કિમી વિસ્તાર સુધીમાં આવેલી શાળાઓ પૈકી આપ ચાહો એટલી શાળા પસંદ કરી શકો છો. વધુમાં વધુ શાળા પસંદ કરવી હિતાવહ છે. પરંતુ આપના બાળકની ઉંમરને ધ્યાને લઈ શાળાએ આવવા જવામાં સરળતા રહે તેવી નજીકની શાળાઓ ક્રમાનુસાર પસંદ કરી બાળક માટે હિતાવહ છે
What to do if you find an error after filling the form
જયાં સુધી આપ confirm (કન્ફર્મ) નહી કરો ત્યાં સુધી ગમે તેટલી વાર ફોર્મ Edit(સુધારો) કરી શકશો. એક વાર કન્ફર્મ થયા બાદ તે ફોર્મ Edit થઇ શકશે નહી, પરંતુ આપ નવુ ફોર્મ ભરી શકો છો. નવું ફોર્મ ભર્યા બાદ આપનું જુનું ફોર્મ રદ થઇ જશે અનેઆપને SMS થી જાણ પણ કરવામાં આવશે.ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે કેટેગરી , શાળાનું માધ્યમ વગેરે અગત્યની તમામ વિગતો લખવામાં ભૂલ ન થાય તેની ખાસ કાળજી રાખવી
Where to submit after filling the form
ફોર્મ ભર્યા બાદ તેની પ્રિન્ટ લઇ અને જરૂરી આધાર પુરાવાની નકલ જોડી સ્વીકાર કેન્દ્ર (receiving center) પર જમા કરાવવાનું છે. આપની સગવડ માટે ફોર્મ ની પ્રિન્ટ માં નજીકના ૧૦ સ્વીકાર કેન્દ્રોની યાદી જોવા મળશે. ત્યાં તથા ૧૦ સ્વીકાર કેન્દ્ર સિવાયના અન્ય કોઇ પણ સ્વીકારકેન્દ્ર પર અરજી જમા કરાવી શકો છો. સ્વીકાર કેન્દ્રો ની યાદી નીચે દર્શાવેલ લીંક પરથી મેળવી શકો છો. http://www.rtegujarat.org/Home/ReceivingcenterList
How will I know if I have been admitted
આપે દર્શાવેલ મોબાઇલ નંબર પર SMS દ્વારા આપને જાણ કરવામાં આવશે. નેટવર્ક પ્રોબ્લેમ ના કારણે કોઇ વાર SMS ના પણ મળે તેથી આપે વખતોવખત વેબપોર્ટલ http://www.rtegujarat.org અથવા https://rte.orpgujarat.com જોતા રહેવું. અરજી કન્ફર્મ થયા બાદ આપ કોઇ પણ સમય પર આપનો અરજી નંબર અને જન્મ તારીખ એન્ટર કરી પ્રવેશ ની સ્થિતિ જોઇ શકો છો. આપને પ્રવેશ મળ્યાની જાણ થયા બાદ તુરંત જ જે તે શાળામાં જરૂરી આધાર સાથે શાળાના સમયે પહોચી જઇ પ્રવેશ મેળવી લેવો. જણાવેલ સમયમર્યાદામાં આપ પ્રવેશ નહિ મેળવો તો આપનો પ્રવેશ રદ થઇ જશે અને પછીના ક્રમના બાળકને ફાળવણી થઇ જશે

ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ઇન્ટરનેટ કનેક્શનની સુવિધાવાળા કમ્પ્યુટરથી તથા મોબાઈલ પર પણ સીધા ભરી શકાશે. ઉપરાંત વેબસાઇટ ઉપર આવેલ આપના જિલ્લાના/મહાનગર પાલિકાના સ્વીકાર કેંદ્રો પરથી ભરી શકાશે. કોઇપણ જગ્યાએથી ફોર્મ ભરતા હોય પણ તેમાં આપની કેટેગરી , શાળા, માધ્યમ વગેરે તમામ માહિતીની ચોકકસાઇ કર્યા બાદ જ ફોર્મ કન્ફર્મ કરવું. આપ મોબાઈલ એપ દ્વારા પણ ફોર્મ ભરી શકો છો. જો આપ ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ના ભરી શકતા હો તો વેબસાઇટ www.rtegujarat.org અથવા https://rte.orpgujarat.com પરથી ઓફલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરી અને સ્વીકાર કેન્દ્ર પર જઇ શકો છો. સ્વીકાર કેન્દ્ર આપને ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરી આપશે
What to do after allotting online admission
ઓનલાઈન પ્રવેશ ફાળવ્યા બાદ આપે જણાવેલ સમય મર્યાદામાં જે તે શાળામાં જરૂરી આધાર પુરાવા સાથે પ્રવેશ મેળવી લેવાનો રહેશે. જો સમય મર્યાદામાં આપ જે તે શાળામાં રૂબરૂ જઈ પ્રવેશ નહિ મેળવો તો જણાવેલ સમય મર્યાદા બાદ પછીનાં ક્રમનાં વિદ્યાર્થીને પ્રવેશ ફાળવી દેવામાં આવશે અને આપનો પ્રવેશ રદ થઈ જશે. ત્યારબાદ આપની કોઈ રજુઆત ગ્રાહ્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહિ. જેથી સમયસર પ્રવેશ મેળવી લેવો આપના હિતમાં છે
Can i apply if my child is currently in another primary school
આપનું બાળક જો ધોરણ ૧/૨ માં અભ્યાસ કરતું હોય તો આપ અરજી કરી શકશો નહિ. જો નિયમ વિરુધ્ધ અરજી કરશો તો પ્રવેશ રદ થશે અને ફોજદારી કાર્યવાહી થઇ શકે છે
Is there any fee to be paid in the school after getting admission
આપનો પ્રવેશ તદ્દન નિઃશુલ્ક (મફત) છે. શાળાને નિયામાનુસાર ચુકવવાપાત્ર રકમ સરકાર દ્વારા શાળાને સીધી ચુકવવામાં આવશે. આ ઉપરાંત આર.ટી.ઈ. એક્ટ-૨૦૦૯ હેઠળ પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને દર વર્ષે ડ્રેસ,બુટ,પુસ્તકો,પરિવહન ખર્ચ,સ્કૂલ બેગ અને અભ્યાસને આનુસંગિક વસ્તુઓ ખરીદવા માટે વિદ્યાર્થીદીઠ રૂ.૩૦૦૦/- લેખે સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા સહાય પૂરી પાડવામાં આવે છે
When will the income pattern be seen
૨૦૧૭ પછીનો આવકનો દાખલો ૩ વર્ષ સુધી માન્ય રહેશે. જુનો આવકનો દાખલો હોય તો મામલતદારશ્રી , તાલુકા વિકાસ અધીકારી અથવા સક્ષમ સત્તાધીકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર માન્ય રહેશે. નવો આવકનો દાખલો માત્ર ઈ-ધારા કેન્દ્રનો જ માન્ય ગણાશે
