Grama One is envisaged to be single point assistance center for all citizen centric activities at village level which include G2C services, Banking services, RTI queries etc. It was announced by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka in the last budget. Grama One Centers will be operational from 8 AM to 8 PM on all seven days of the week. Citizens can visit their nearest Grama One centre to avail the services. An operator at the Grama One center will assist the citizens in availing the required service.

You will get an SMS updates on the registered mobile numberat each step of application process. Once application is closed by the department, you can go to the Grama One centre to collect the output certificate.
List of Services under Grama One Scheme in Karnataka
Following services will be provided under Grama One program in the Karnataka state:
- Seva Sindhu services – All 750+ services of Seva Sindhu can be availed via Grama One centers
- Sakala services
- RTI services
- CMRF services
- Micro Banking services – Banking services like small time deposits, withdrawals, balance enquiry, Aadhar update etc will be available through Grama One centres

Launch of Karnataka Grama One Program
Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on 17 January 2022 (Monday) said the ambitious Grama One programme that is aimed at providing services of various departments at the citizens doorsteps would be a reality from Republic Day in rural areas of 12 districts. Bommai had held a virtual meeting to review the preparations for the launch of the programme. It would be implemented in 12 districts of the state from January 26. About 3,000 Grama One service centres would be opened for the purpose, the Chief Minister’s Office said in a statement.
CM Bommai said it would be launched in 12 districts for now and the programme would later cover all the districts in the coming days. He instructed the officials to ensure that services of prominent departments should be made easily available for people in rural areas. The districts where it will be launched on January 26 are Bidar, Koppal, Ballari, Belagavi, Haveri, Vijayapura, Davangere, Shivamogga, Tumakuru, Chikkamagaluru, Udupi and Kodagu districts.
About 100 services related to revenue, food, health and labour departments would be available through Grama One service centres. These centres would be provided with uninterrupted power and internet connectivity, the statement said.
