Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Premium Housing Scheme 2025, and the official brochure is now available for download. The scheme started on 26 August 2025 and offers ready-to-move flats in popular areas of Delhi like Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Jasola, Pitampura, Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Ashok Vihar and Shalimar Bagh.
Under this scheme, a total of 311 flats are available across HIG, MIG, LIG and EHS categories. Along with flats, DDA has also included garages for cars and scooters to make it a complete housing solution. The allotment will be done through the online e-auction process on the official DDA website.
Flats are priced according to the category
- HIG flats start around ₹1.64 crore and go up to ₹2.54 crore.
- MIG flats range between ₹60 lakh and ₹1.5 crore.
- LIG flats are priced between ₹39 lakh and ₹54 lakh.
- EHS flats are available at lower ranges as mentioned in the brochure.
Applicants can also visit the site locations before participating in the auction. To join, one has to register online, pay the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), and take part in the e-auction on scheduled dates.
