Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched of its Premium Housing Scheme 2025 and e-Auction process for the flats has started on 26 August 2025. Under this new scheme, DDA is offering ready to move HIG, MIG, LIG and EHS flats at some of the most popular localities of Delhi. The scheme was approved on 11th July 2025.
DDA premium housing scheme, announced on Janmashtami, is offering flats in places like Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka, Pitampura, Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Ashok Vihar, and Shalimar Bagh. These flats will be available through the online e-auction at the official DDA portal. DDA is also offering facility of site visit for all these freehold properties.
DDA premium housing scheme 2025 is offering 311 flats for sale, along with garages for cars and scooters to provide complete housing and parking solutions.

Flats under this scheme are available in at several different locations across the city including Vasant Kunj, Jasola Pocket 9B, Rohini, Dwarka Sector 16B & 19B and Pitampura. - The scheme allows citizens to purchase affordable housing units in prime locations across Delhi.
- It specifically helps citizens from HIG, MIG, and LIG households in Delhi to own a home.
- DDA has reduced the amalgamation rate from 10% of the circle rate to a mere 1%, making purchases more economical.
- Also, DDA is also offering 67 car/scooter garages situated in various primary localities.
Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be permanent residents of Delhi.
- Applicants must belong to the High Income Group (HIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), or Low Income Group (LIG) categories.
Reservation
- The details of reservations under this Scheme are as under:
- 15% of the flats/garages for applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC)
- 7.5% of the flats/garages for applicants belonging to Scheduled Tribes (ST)
- 1% for War Widows and those receiving liberalised pension from Armed/Paramilitary Services (Next of Kin)
- 5% reservation for Persons with Disability (Divyangjan) as defined in Section-37(a) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016
- 1% for Ex-servicemen
- The reservations, as above, are admissible strictly with reference to the number of flats/garages available in a locality.
- In case number(s) of flats/garages in respect of a reserved category comes to a fraction i.e., less than 0.5 it would be rounded off to zero and if it is 0.5 or more it would be rounded off to one.
- With regard to the flats/garages for different reserved categories, the same will be carved out from the available inventory through draw of lots. The e-auction will be carried out among the respective reserved categories.
- If, in the initial phase of the auction, the requisite number of applications is not received from the aforementioned five categories, or if the reserved flats/garages do not receive any bids or EMDs, then all such remaining flats/garages from the reserved categories shall be subsequently made available to all categories in the next phase of the e-Auction, which will be announced separately.
Documents Needed for Application
1. For all categories
- Self-attested copy of PAN Card (Permanent Account Number) issued/allotted by Income Tax Department.
- Identity Proof (Upload any one): self-attested copy of Passport, Government Identity Card, Election ID Card, Driving License, Ration Card with Photo, or Aadhaar Card.
- Proof of Residence (Upload any one): self-attested copy of Passport, Government Identity Card, Election ID Card, Ration Card, Driving License, Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, House Tax Receipt, Bank Pass Book (page carrying name and address of the allottee), or Aadhaar Card.
2. For reserved categories
- Attested copy of original caste certificate issued by the District Magistrate/Sub Divisional Magistrate in case of SC/ST applicants.
- Attested copy of original disability certificate issued by a Medical Board or Government Hospital for Persons with Disability (Divyangjan). If applicable, attach guardianship certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Attested copy of Discharge Certificate from Ministry of Defence/Armed Forces (for Ex-servicemen).
- Attested copy of “Requisite Certificate” issued by Ministry of Defence/Armed Forces/Para Military Forces (for War-Widows/Next of Kin, including those receiving liberalised pension).
- The certificate(s) shall be verified from the issuing authority.
3. Other documents
- Self-attested copy of Bank Account Pass Book/Bank Statement from which the price of the flat/garage has been deposited, along with payment proof.
- Affidavit as per proforma given in Annexure ‘B’ of the scheme brochure.
- Undertaking as per proforma given in Annexure ‘C’ of the scheme brochure.
- Any additional documents mentioned in the online portal for possession, with supporting papers if required.

STEP 2: Once you are on the homepage of the official website, click on the option “DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction)” or directly click here and then on the next page click “Apply Here“.
STEP 3: A new DDA SBI eTender page will appear on your screen. Click on Register, rnter all requested details and attach all required documents to the form.
