Madhya Pradesh to Transfer Rs 2,148 Crore Under Ladli Behna Yojana
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will transfer over ₹2,148 crore to more than 1.25 crore women in Madhya Pradesh this Wednesday. This event in Maihar marks the 39th payment of Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana.
Payment details
Each eligible woman will receive ₹1,750 directly in her bank account. This amount includes the monthly payment of ₹1,500 and a Raksha Bandhan gift of ₹250. Since the scheme started in June 2023, the government has paid out a total of ₹63,248 crore to help women manage their own money. Chief Minister Yadav will also start new development projects worth ₹256 crore during the same event.
