Ladli Behna Yojana August Payment Update

Many women in Madhya Pradesh are waiting for the 39th installment of Ladli Behna Yojana. Payments usually arrive by the 15th of the month, but no funds were deposited by Sunday, 16 August 2026. Some say the government might release the money early for Raksha Bandhan on 28 August.

Payment details and eligibility

Eligible women get ₹1,500 every month through Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana. Reports suggest a possible total of ₹1,750 this month, but the state has not confirmed this. You can check your payment status on the official portal using your application reference number or member ID.

To apply, you must live in Madhya Pradesh and be between 21 and 59. Families paying income tax or holding government jobs cannot apply. Make sure your Aadhaar and bank account details are correct to get your DBT payment on time.
