Ganderbal DC reviews four agriculture and fisheries schemes
Ganderbal Deputy Commissioner Shreya Singhal reviewed the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP), Jammu and Kashmir Competitiveness Improvement of Agriculture and Allied Sectors Project (JKCIP), Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) and Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) at a district-level committee meeting on October 23, 2026.
She directed implementing departments to speed up pending approved units and track targets, output and use of funds. Departments were also asked to coordinate with financial institutions on credit-linked cases so eligible people can receive scheme benefits.
