DFS campaign to cover 2.70 lakh local bodies by December 31
Department of Financial Services (DFS) has launched a nationwide campaign running from October 21 to December 31, 2026, across 2.70 lakh Gram Panchayats and Urban Local Bodies, according to the Ministry of Finance release.
The campaign will widen coverage of Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana and Atal Pension Yojana. It will also include awareness sessions on digital frauds.
