Odisha Congress has launched the “Nari Nyay” initiative to provide immediate support and justice for women facing domestic violence, harassment, or abuse. Now, women in Odisha can easily file complaints online via a dedicated QR code, complaint form, email ID, and helpline number.
What is Nari Nyay Scheme?
Nari Nyay is a women-centric initiative by the Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC), launched on 24th July 2025 to counter the Odisha government’s Shaktishree program. The scheme is focused on providing direct support to women who are victims of domestic violence, harassment, assault, or any gender-based crime.
This initiative includes the launch of a 24×7 Women’s Grievance Redressal Cell at Congress Bhawan in Bhubaneswar. The aim is to give women a safe, accessible way to report incidents and get legal, counseling, and administrative support.
How to File an Online Complaint under Nari Nyay Scheme
Women can lodge their complaints in multiple ways:
1. Through QR Code / Online Form
Step 1: Scan the below provided QR code or directly click this complaint form link.
Step 2: The code will redirect you to the Nari Nyay online complaint form which will look like below. You will need to log in into your Gmail email account to send your complaint.
Step 3: Fill in your details such as name, whatsapp number, district, village and block and click the Next button.
Step 4: On the next page, select your issue, provide description of the issue, answer other required questions and upload any supporting documents.
Step 5: Submit the form for redressal and wait for any update from the congress officials.
2. By Email
You can also directly send your complaint to the official email ID released by the Odisha Congress at womencellodishpcc@gmail.com. Include your name, address, contact details and a brief of the issue you are facing.
3. By Helpline Number
There is no dedicated helpline contact number has been issued by the Odisha congress under this Nari Nyay scheme, however, if a dedicated helpline number is announced, women can call for help and guidance, we will update the number here.
