Chief Electoral Officer of Karnataka has released Karnataka Voter List 2025 at ceo.karnataka.gov.in. The citizens of Karnataka state can check their name in the district wise Karnataka Voters List with Photo and download Voter ID Card. The assembly constituency wise photo Electoral Rolls (e-EPIC) are available in the PDF format at ceokarnataka.kar.nic.in.
Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Karnataka has published the updated final voter list (electoral roll) prior to elections. Accordingly, people can now find their name in the Karnataka Voter List 2025 and can Download Voter ID Card before casting their vote. The complete procedure to search and download the District-Wise Karnataka Voter List 2025 (Final Electoral Roll) has been specified as follows:-
STEP 1: Firstly, visit the official Karnataka website at https://voters.eci.gov.in/download-eroll or directly click https://voters.eci.gov.in/download-eroll?stateCode=S10
STEP 2: Select state, select Karnataka from the ‘State Name’ dropdown.
STEP 3: Afterwards, Choose your District from the list as shown below:-
STEP 4: Choose the language in which you want to download the PDF (e.g., English, Kannada) as shown below:-
STEP 5: Select Roll Type, Select the required roll type, such as Final Electoral Roll 2025.

Below is the complete procedure to find your name online and download the Voter ID Card in Karnataka:-
STEP 1: Candidates can search their name online at the official website of https://electoralsearch.eci.gov.in/
STEP 2: Search by EPIC Number (Voter ID Number), This is the most direct method. Select the “Search by EPIC” tab. Enter your 10-digit alphanumerical EPIC Number (Voter ID Card number). Enter the captcha text and click Search. Your voter details will be displayed if the number is correct.
STEP 3: Search by Mobile Number, You can check using your mobile number if it is registered with your voter record (through Form 8). Select the “Search by Mobile” tab. Select your state (Karnataka). Enter your mobile number and the captcha. Click “Send OTP,” enter the OTP received, and click Search.
STEP 4: Search by Details, If you don’t have your EPIC number or a registered mobile number, you can search using personal details. Select the “Search by Details” tab. Enter your Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Father’s Name, and select your State and District. Enter the captcha and click Search.
