Haryana Government has launched a new Transfer Portal for Common Cadre Group-D Employees in Haryana where they can apply for their transfer across the state through groupd.csharyana.gov.in.
As per the policies of transfer drive of Common Cadre Group-D employees notified by the Government of Haryana on 14 December 2023, Group D employees are free to apply for transfer as per your choice.

How to Apply for Group-D Transfer
Group-D transfer application can be made on the official portal groupd.csharyana.gov.in by agreeing to the policies and entering the Unique Identity Number provided by HRMS.
STEP 1: Visit the official Group-D Transfer portal at groupd.csharyana.gov.in
STEP 2: Read the policy document in the language of your choice, Hindi or English.
STEP 3: Mark the checkbox for accepting the terms / policy.
STEP 4: Click on the “Click Here to Apply” button.
STEP 5: On the next screen Enter your Unique Identity Number provided by HRMS and click “Continue”.
STEP 6: Fill and verify all the required details on the next screen and apply for transfer.
