[Apply] Bihar Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana 2024 Online Application / Registration Form / Status

Bihar govt. is inviting Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana 2024 online application / registration form at state.bihar.gov.in/transport. Under MGPY scheme, unemployed scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribes (ST) and extremely backward classes (EBC) people can apply online by making registration & submitting completed application form to buy vehicles at subsidized rates. The state govt. would provide financial assistance of upto Rs. 1 lakh or 50% subsidy to buy vehicles having 4 seats to 10 seats for public transport.

Through Bihar Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana, govt. aims to strengthen public transport system in rural areas and generate employment opportunities. Applications are being invited for the 10th phase of MGPY. All the interested applicants can apply online for this scheme before the last date.

Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana (MGPY) 2024 will provide better and increased connectivity between panchayats and block headquarters. The primary focus is on providing better transport facilities to general public and to provide job opportunities for unemployed SC / ST / EBC people.

Below is the complete procedure to buy vehicles at subsidized prices by applying online for MGPY:-

STEP 1: Visit the official website at https://state.bihar.gov.in/main/CitizenHome.html.

STEP 2: At the homepage, click at the “Transport” link under “Departments” section or directly click https://state.bihar.gov.in/transport/CitizenHome.html

STEP 3: Then click at the “Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana” link as shown in the figure below:-

STEP 4: Upon clicking the link, the Bihar Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana 2024 apply online (phase 10) page will appear as shown below:-

STEP 5: At this page, click at the “For Apply Online (10th Phase) – Click Here” link to open the Bihar Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana online registration form as shown below:-

STEP 6: Applicants can enter phone number, password, e-mail address, driving licence number and click at the “Register” button.

STEP 7: Afterwards, candidates can make Bihar Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana Login as shown below:-

STEP 8: Here candidates can make login using the username, password, captcha and then click at the “Log In” button.

STEP 9: Next, candidates can login to fill the Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana Online Application Form as shown below:-

STEP 10: Finally, candidates can fill all the necessary details correctly including name, address and upload their documents and click at the “Submit” button to complete the application process.

Five people each (3 – SC/ST and 2 – EBC) from 8,400 gram panchayats would be selected as per prescribed criteria. Applicant must be at-least 21 years of age at the time of filling the application form. How Many MGPY Beneficiaries in Each Gram Panchayat

As per the official MGPY notification 2024, 5 beneficiaries would be selected from each gram panchayat. It includes 3 beneficiaries from SC / ST category while the remaining 2 would be from EBC category.
