Tripura government is going to launch Mukhyamantri Yuba Jogajog Yojana 2020-21 for college students. In this Chief Minister Youth Communication Scheme, students will get Rs. 5,000 to buy new smartphones. Around 14,608 students would be able to purchase new smartphones with this financial assistance. The students pursuing graduate courses would be able to apply online by filling Mukhya Mantri Yuba Jogajog Yojana Application / Registration Form.
The main objective of CM Youth Communication Scheme is to enable students of Tripura to purchase smartphones. All the applicants must submit the completed Tripura Mukhyamantri Jogajog Yojana application form through online mode.
In order to successfully implement Mukhyamantri Yuba Jogajog Yojana, the state govt. exchequer will spend Rs. 7.31 crore for this Smartphone Assistance Scheme.

As we have told you that the Tripura government has decided to provide Rs. 5,000 to more than 14,608 students to purchase a smartphone. Just like Smartphone Assistance schemes of other state governments, the Tripura govt. may invite online application forms for Mukhyamantri Yuba Jogajog Yojana. These apply online form may be invited through the state govt’s official website or a new dedicated smartphone assistance scheme portal. As soon as the Tripura Mukhya Mantri Yuba Jogajog Yojana online application process will start, we will update it here.
The state govt. will spend Rs. 7.31 crore for the successful implementation of Mukhyamantri Yuba Jogajog Yojana. The state govt. will start providing Rs. 5,000 financial assistance for graduation students to purchase smartphones soon. Education and Law Minister Ratan Lal Nath has announced the launch of Chief Minister Youth Communication Scheme on 4th March 2020.
All the 14,608 students studying in 38 government run higher education institutions pursuing graduate courses would be eligible for Tripura Mukhyamantri Yuva Jogajog Yojana. The one time financial support to purchase smartphones will be given to students in medical, para-medical, engineering, science, arts, commerce, law, painting, music and nursing courses.
The Tripura government will introduce this new scheme namely Mukhya Mantri Yuba Jogajog Yojana (Chief Minister Youth Communication Scheme) from the 2020-2021 academic year. Through the smartphone, the student would gather the latest information about their academic curriculum. Moreover, they can get information about future career options after completion of their graduate courses or when they pursue post graduate studies.
