Uttarakhand government plans year-round implementation of Mukhyamantri Udyamshala Yojana

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said the government is looking at running Mukhyamantri Udyamshala Yojana throughout the year. This scheme gives market access and support to items made by women entrepreneurs. The state also promotes Lakhpati Didi Yojana to help rural women earn a steady income.
Support for women entrepreneurs
The state government is building a large centre on Sahastradhara Road in Dehradun to sell goods made by women from all 13 districts. Women entrepreneurs now get collateral-free loans to help their self-help groups. Products sell under the House of Himalayas brand at airports, railway stations, bus stations, and online.
