UP CM Orders Overhaul of Sarvodaya Schools and Faster Recruitment

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath asked officials to improve how Jai Prakash Narayan Sarvodaya residential schools are run. This decision follows recent student protests about building conditions and daily facilities. The government wants to fill vacant teaching jobs faster to support student learning. There are 103 such schools in the state.

Social security support is a top priority. The Chief Minister said 11.50 lakh new National Old Age Pension Scheme applications are waiting and ordered officials to check them right away. Also, Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana continues to help students study for exams like UPSC and NEET at 163 centers. For scholarships, the website will reopen for 3.16 lakh students who missed the earlier date. These students should get their money by October 2.
