Tamil Nadu Increases CMCHIS Health Insurance Cover to 25 Lakh

Residents of Tamil Nadu received an update about Chief Minister's Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme on August 19, 2026. Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay increased the annual health insurance cover from ₹5 lakh to ₹25 lakh.
