Stand-Up India Scheme: Business Loans Up to 1 Crore

Starting a business is a goal for many people. Stand-Up India Scheme helps women and SC/ST entrepreneurs get support. Launched on April 5, 2016, this scheme provides bank loans between ₹10 lakh and ₹1 crore. These loans support new projects in manufacturing, services, trading, and farm-related sectors.
Eligibility and Loan Details
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. You need to put in 10% of the project cost yourself. The rest of the money can come from other government support. You have seven years to pay back the loan. This includes an 18-month break before you start paying. This funding is only for new ventures, not for growing businesses you already have.
To apply, go to the official website and fill in your business details. You need to submit your Aadhaar, PAN, and a solid business plan. The government will run this scheme until March 31, 2025. Make sure your documents are complete to avoid delays during the bank review. You can also find other business loan schemes for women entrepreneurs or check the list of women welfare schemes for more help.
