SETU Aayog Preparing Vision Document for Viksit Uttarakhand 2047

SETU Aayog is drafting a vision document for Viksit Uttarakhand 2047. Advisor Dinesh Agarwal said the group is focusing on five areas: economy and skills, infrastructure and welfare, urban development, monitoring, and data analytics.

New Policies and Projects

Policies such as Uttarakhand Bioenergy Policy 2026, Forest Panchayat Rules 2026, and Cooperative Policy 2026 are in the works. The group is also setting up 17 Smart Village Centres across five districts. Also, officials have started reviews for several schemes, including Mukhyamantri Palayan Roktham Yojana, Amrit Sarovar Yojana, Border Area Development Programme, and Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana, with help from state universities.
