Progress Review of PM Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana

Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan recently checked the progress of PM Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana (PM-DDKY) at Krishi Bhawan. This scheme focuses on 100 districts with low farm output and loan access. Data shows the average score across six main goals grew from 22.54 in April 2026 to 38.85 by July 2026.

Scheme Progress and Training

All 100 districts finished their District Action Plans. The government is now moving from just checking spending to looking at real results for farmers. A new Beneficiary Progress Module will launch by mid-September 2026 to track outcomes for each person. Between January and July 2026, more than 6.9 lakh farmers and 88,000 extension workers got skill training, covering natural farming methods.
