Odisha to Disburse Subhadra Yojana Funds on Rakhi Purnima
Women in Odisha will receive the fifth payment of Rs 5,000 under Subhadra Yojana on August 28, during Rakhi Purnima. Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida shared this update.
Payment details and status
This state-level event will be held in Nayagarh. Currently, the scheme covers 1,01,99,119 women. The government has already sent over Rs 20,648 crore to bank accounts through the first four payments. Officials reviewed ground reports and updated the list of eligible women to make sure the money reaches the right people.
