Odisha Subhadra Scheme Fifth Instalment Update

Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi recently. They talked about the next payment for Subhadra scheme. The state will release the fifth payment of money help on August 28, 2026, for Raksha Bandhan.

This payment will help about 1,03,26,162 women in the state. Each eligible woman will get 5,000 rupees in her bank account. The total payment is over 5,160 crore rupees. The event will happen in Nayagarh.

Payment details

To make the process easy, the government focused on beneficiary verification, finishing e-KYC, and linking Aadhaar to bank accounts. These steps help women financially and improve social coverage across Odisha.
