NCP Protests in Akola Over Ladki Bahin Yojana Delays

NCP Sharad Pawar faction workers met outside the Akola District Collector office today to ask for action on Ladki Bahin Yojana. Akola West President Firoz Khan led the group. They pointed out that many women still wait for their money support. They want the government to start the KYC process right away. They also want officials to give eligible women enough time to finish their required documents.

Payment and documentation demands

Protesters also asked for the fast release of pending payments to women not yet covered. They insist that the monthly benefit of ₹1,500 must be paid regularly without any delays. The party warned that they will increase their protests if authorities ignore these demands.
