NBPDCL MD Reviews Sonepur Power Services and Solar Scheme

North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited Managing Director Rahul Kumar visited Sonepur on August 19, 2026. He checked the local power grid and met with customers. He spent time at the Sonepur Power Substation and also ran a special camp to fix billing issues.

Better service for customers

Kumar told officials to handle billing complaints quickly and with clarity. He said the department must focus on providing good, steady power. He also visited locations where solar plants are set up under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. He asked staff to share more details about rooftop solar energy so more people in the area choose to use it.
