Madhya Pradesh Ladli Behna Yojana Raksha Bandhan Transfer
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will transfer over Rs 2,148 crore to more than 1.25 crore women today in Maihar. This payment is the 39th instalment of the Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana. Each woman gets Rs 1,750, including the regular Rs 1,500 and a Rs 250 Raksha Bandhan gift.
Development and scheme payments
Government uses DBT to send money directly to bank accounts. Since starting in June 2023, the government has paid out Rs 63,248 crore. For the 2026-27 financial year, officials set aside a budget of Rs 23,882.81 crore. CM Yadav will also start development projects worth Rs 256 crore at the event.
