Lucknow Development Authority to Build 2640 Affordable Flats

Lucknow Development Authority is building 2,640 new flats. These units are part of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Anant Nagar and Sharda Nagar Extension. One-BHK flats cost about ₹8.99 lakh. The central government provides a subsidy up to ₹2.5 lakh.

Project details and facilities

This project includes 14-storey Aditya Apartments in Anant Nagar. It also features 12-storey Bageshwari Apartments near PGI. PMAY units cost ₹8.99 lakh. Two-bedroom flats for middle-income families cost ₹34.82 lakh.

Modern infrastructure is a focus. The plan includes health centers, community facilities, and better road networks like four-lane and six-lane routes. Land pooling for the 4,500-acre project area is happening now with consent from local farmers.
