LPG Cylinder Supply Disrupted Over Pending e-KYC Deadline

Oil companies have asked customers to complete the required e-KYC process for domestic gas connections. The final date to finish this is August 16, 2026. Many distributors have stopped home deliveries for people who have not done their Aadhaar-based verification. In Telangana alone, about 26 lakh connections are still pending, which has caused delays in deliveries.

Finish your verification right away to make sure you do not lose your subsidy or domestic gas prices. Indane users can use the Indian Oil One and AadhaarFaceRD apps. HP Gas customers should use the HP Pay and Aadhaar FaceRD apps. Bharat Gas users can finish the process through the Hello BPCL app. Eligible people under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana also need to finish their verification to keep getting their subsidy payments on time.
