Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis confirmed that checking for ineligible people under Ladki Bahin Yojana is now done. He said that eligible women are safe and will keep getting support without any stop.
## Scheme Verification Updates
The checking process mostly used e-KYC, which 1.65 crore women finished. Officials found that some who skipped it did not qualify, such as income-tax payers, government employees, or men. The government plans to take action against people who claimed benefits wrongly. Fadnavis said that the first stage made quick checking hard, but current data is now correct and final.
