Haryana Fixes Stamp Duty and Registration Fee for PMAY-U 2.0 Houses

Haryana government has set the stamp duty and registration fee at Rs 500 each for homes built under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban 2.0 (PMAY-U 2.0). This applies to houses up to 60 square metres.

Revenue and Disaster Management Department issued these orders on August 10, 2026. The official notice appeared in the state gazette on August 13, 2026. To get this benefit, you need a valid certificate from the Department of Housing for All (DHFA) showing you are a registered beneficiary. This concession applies only to these housing units and not to other property deals.
