Employers who did not enroll staff between 2009 and 2026 can still do so. You can sign up your workers by the October 31 deadline. If you did not deduct the employee share before, you do not have to pay it now. The department will only charge a small fine of 100 rupees. EPFO made the process easier with a new website. Employers should use this chance to settle old issues under Vishwas 2026.
