Delhi Cabinet approves DURGA e-auto scheme for 1,300 beneficiaries
Delhi Cabinet approved DURGA e-auto scheme to help women and transgender persons find work. First phase includes 1,300 pink electric autos, with 1,170 reserved for women and 130 for transgender applicants.
Eligibility and requirements
Applicants must be 20-40 years old and live in Delhi. Women need a valid voter ID, LMV licence, and PSV badge. Family income for 2025-26 financial year must be under Rs 5 lakh. Each e-auto will carry DURGA branding and has a three-year lock-in period. Apply through the official website.
